Order Processing

All orders are processed within up to 7 business days from the time the order is placed.

Business days are Sunday–Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, holiday eves, national days of mourning, intermediate festival days, national emergency days, and the day the order was placed.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation notification.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been shipped.

For Israel customers
Delivery typically arrives within 1–3 business days from the shipping date.

For international customers
International shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method. Orders typically arrive within 5–14 business days from the shipping date.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on location, courier schedules, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unexpected delays.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Responsibility
