RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges can be made using the following option:

●       Courier pickup from your address – subject to a ₪40 handling and shipping fee

Sale Items

Items purchased as part of a sale, promotion, or end-of-season offer are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to the following conditions:

●       The item has not been worn or used

●       The item is returned in its original packaging

●       All original tags are attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Refunds

●       Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

●       Refunds are processed within 48 hours of the item being received at our warehouse

●       Refunds are issued only for items priced above ₪50, in accordance with local consumer law

●       A cancellation fee of 5% of the item value or ₪100 (whichever is lower) will be deducted from the refund

Courier Returns Processing Time

Once a return request is approved, collection and return via the courier service may take between 14–28 business days, depending on carrier schedules and workload.

Customers will be notified once the returned item has been received and processed at our warehouse.
